Health Psychologist.

 

Psychological and psychotherapeutic support online and in person for individuals affected by different issues: anxiety and/or stress, depression, insecurity, low self-esteem, working through past traumas (violence, abuse, loss) and to instil new ways of thinking that develop emotional control and resilience.  

My approach is integrative, based on positive psychology, ACT and mindfulness. When combined, these techniques encourage patients to reconnect with themselves and empower them with internal resources, mental flexibility and more resilient thought patterns.

 

I see breathing and internal reflection as powerful tools in the healing process, and I believe that our own minds and bodies are adept at overcoming stress, dealing with pain and coping with trauma. By using breath control and taking account of what our bodies are telling us, I encourage patients to observe and accept their own thoughts, feelings and mood. 

Through the practice of Mindfulness, I help patients identify the internal self-management tools we all dispose of. In my sessions patients learn how we can use these tools when faced with difficult circumstances to calm down, grow, heal and ultimately, to transform our lived experience.

I want to offer my services to as many people who need it them as possible. 

While my native languages are Spanish and Catalan, I am happy to conduct sessions in English and French.

Also, I have a reduced fee for anyone unable to pay due to unemployment / economic difficulty. Please contact me to enquire.
